Pilates Mat Class
Just announced...Nicole will be teaching Pilates here on Mondays and Thursdays now through June 14th (no class on May 3rd or May 28th). Cost is $7.00 per class. You can also do a prepaid 8 class card for $49.00 (that's 1 class free!). Classes start at 7:00.

Pilates mat is a series of floor exercises that improve overall muscle strength and agility. These exercises focus on strengthening the core. The core includes all the stabilizing muscles along the spine and hips. This class is designed for both the beginner and experienced person.

And then begin Developing and Trusting Your Intuition as time permits. There will be a 15 minute break between each topic with a ONE HOUR Lunch Break after Numerology.
Sunday we will continue with Intuition and spend the greater amount of time with We're All Connected.....connecting the dots for ACTION.

Aura-Soma Level One Foundation Course
The Language of Color

You are cordially invited into the world of color!
The primary aim of the Level One Foundation Course is to introduce the student to the philosophy of Aura-Soma. The course will provide information about the tools offered within the Aura-Soma range, and to give practice in the interpreting Equilibrium selections. Here we will explore the hidden language of the jewel color bottles and how they are the keys to unlocking the many levels of unconscious. Students learn how to use the Equilibrium bottles, Pomanders and Quintessence’s and will gain the vocabulary and confidence to begin sharing the system with family and friends. At the end of the Level One foundation course the student is entered on the Academy’s Student register and is given a Certificate of Attendance that certifies the completion of the Level One training program.
